Brexit and European Shipping
The UK has now left the EU. The implication is that European customers may be charged import duty. This amount will vary depending on the value and the nature of the goods. The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of these charges. Important: If you refuse the parcel to avoid paying import Duty and the parcel gets returned to us, we will refund you the cost of the item (if it’s returned in sellable condition) only, not the cost of shipping. Returned parcels will not be resent.

Import duty
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Paper Bag Archive has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.

Damaged
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact Royal Mail who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action. Once the product has been dispatched to the Royal Mail, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Lost items
Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service, the risk of loss passes to you. If you have not received your goods within 20 days you must notify Paper Bag Archive via email who will advise on a course of action.

Returns
If the item(s) you bought don’t match your expectations, we will accept returns. These need to be notified immediately by email, and the items sent back using a tracked shipping service within 7 days of receiving them. We will refund the cost of the item when we have checked them – they must arrive in good condition.

All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
